When the AI-SaaS startup AiDash, famed for crafting sustainable and climate-resilient infrastructure, sensed the buzz from new investors, they decided to keep the party going and extended their Series C fundraising round. Talk about being popular at the investment dance!

This latest money-moving shindig was a $58.5 million fiesta, led by the globe-trotting private equity DJ, Lightrock. This round topped up their funding keg to a frothy $91.5 million, thanks to an earlier $50 million bash in January that drew a crowd, including the high-energy Japanese outfit, Marubeni Corporation, and the ever-bright Lightsmith Group.

The guest list for this round was quite the who’s who, featuring power players like Edison International, Duke Energy, and National Grid. Even Tokyo’s Marubeni Corporation swung by, along with Sabanci Ventures, who are all about that green tech life. And, of course, the regulars from the previous rounds, like Benhamou Global Ventures, Shell Ventures, G2 Venture Partners, and SE Ventures, didn’t miss out on the action.

AiDash’s Co-founder and CEO, Abhishek Singh, was over the moon, saying, “We are humbled by the interest from global investors and partners in our company’s mission and our satellite-first products. As we gear up for the next century, it’s crucial we’ve got our act together with reliable and sustainable infrastructure to manage the theatrics of climate-related events.”

AiDash is all about transforming sustainability, maintenance, and operations with their nifty tech. They offer a continuous, almost real-time stream of vital data that’s a game-changer for industries like mining and utilities. This not only helps clients make savvy long-term plans and decisions but also cuts costs, boosts reliability, and hits sustainability targets. Now that’s what you call doing good while doing well!
