I’ve been passionate about the ocean and surfing my entire life, so transitioning into luxury waterfront real estate in Melbourne, Florida felt like a natural fit. I was living on the ocean by the age of 23 and I’ve built my career around helping others experience that same coastal lifestyle. When you truly believe in the value of what you’re selling like the beachside lifestyle it resonates with clients and creates long-term trust.
How has your personal connection to the local community shaped the way you conduct your business?
Living in a close-knit beach community has reinforced the importance of trust, reputation and long-term relationships. In a market this connected, how you support other local businesses truly matters.
Looking back, what key moments or challenges helped define your leadership style in real estate?
The financial crisis, COVID, hurricanes, elections those weren’t just market disruptions, they were leadership tests. My superpower is relentless execution and the ability to pivot quickly. How do you educate and empower buyers and sellers?
We combine powerful tools Altos Research, SunStats, Compass Insights with ground-level expertise. Having closed nearly 800 transactions last year, we understand the behavior, the timing, and the nuances. When clients have both data and guidance, they feel confident making smart decisions.

It’s everything. Especially in the luxury segment, clients expect direct and honest communication. I’ve always chosen transparency even when the message is tough because it builds long-term relationships based on confidence.
